Настроение было ни к черту, все валилось из рук: сессия пришла, как обычно, неожиданно, Виола, его девушка, не брала трубку, видимо, дуясь за вчерашнее, да еще и мелкий моросящий дождик заставлял его топтаться перед входом в корпус. Впрочем, дождь запер на крыльце еще одного бедолагу. Случайный сосед курил в сторонке и поглядывал то на часы, то на тучи.
Филипп постучал по карманам. На злобу дня там оказалось пусто.
— Простите, вы не угостите сигаретой?
— Конечно!
Филипп с благодарностью кивнул.
Какое-то время молча курили.
Глядя на сходящий на нет дождь, Рашид понял, что начинать разговор придется все-таки ему.
— Неудачный день, да?
— Да не то слово! С самого утра какая-то хренотень! На зачете едва не завалили, причем ни за что! В город промотался зазря! Три часа по пробкам и грязи! Виола, девушка моя... дуется, что я забыл о годовщине нашего знакомства, и, вообще, дождь этот! — прорвало Филиппа.
— О! Прекрасно тебя понимаю, мне сегодня тоже не везет! — пробормотал Рашид.
— А знаешь что? Мне кажется, что это отличный повод выпить чего-нибудь согревающего! Правда, в одиночку как-то несподручно... — Рашид подвесил невысказанный вопрос в воздухе.
— Слушай, а пожалуй, да! — оживился Филипп. В былые времена он бы непременно сунулся к Ролану с подобным предложением, но теперь друг жил за городом вместе с Вороной и, вообще, являл собой отвратительную картину "семейного человека", то есть имел обыкновение проводить время со своей девушкой, а не друзьями.
— Колин.
— Филипп.
— Я знаю место, где прекрасный выбор напитков. Пожалуй, я бы не отказался от самбуки, а ты, Колин?
— Можно...
— Вот и отлично! Пошли? — Филипп резво стартанул, приглашая Рашида следовать за ним.
